MBG Capital is a boutique investment advisory firm based in Singapore. It provides consultancy and financial advisory services to select asset allocators, high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors and offshore alternative investment funds. 

 

MBG Capital, Inc. was initially established in the Philippines in 2011. In 2020, it expanded and relocated its headquarters to Singapore by establishing MBG Capital Pte Ltd. which is a Registered Fund Management Company licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. It serves as the investment manager to Seahedge Opportunities Fund SPC, domiciled in the Cayman Islands. Seahedge Opportunities Fund SPC currently has two Segregated Portfolios: Seahedge Philippines Fund (Bloomberg: SEAPHFA:KY),  a Philippines-focused equity fund launched in 2012, and Seahedge Asia Frontier Fund SP, an Asian Frontier-focused equity fund that invests mainly in Vietnam and other frontier markets, which was launched in 2021. 

Its related entity, MBG Investment Management Inc., domiciled in the Philippines, was established in 2017. It is a Philippines SEC regulated Investment Company Adviser and a wholly-owned subsidiary of MBG Capital, Inc. MBG Investment Management Inc. is the Investment Manager of MBG Equity Investment Fund, Inc., a Philippines SEC regulated mutual fund, and MBG Asia Frontier Fund, Inc., a fund-of-funds that is currently undergoing secondary licensing with the Philippines SEC.
