It offers investment management and advisory services to select asset allocators, high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and offshore alternative investment funds. Originally established in the Philippines in 2011 as MBG Capital, Inc., the firm expanded and relocated its headquarters to Singapore in 2020, forming MBG Capital Pte Ltd, which holds a Capital Markets Services Licence and is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

MBG Capital manages Seahedge Philippines Fund (Bloomberg: SEAPHFA:KY),  a Philippines-focused equity fund, and Seahedge Asia Frontier Fund SP, an Asian Frontier-focused equity fund that invests mainly in Vietnam.

MBG Capital's related entity in the Philippines is MBG Investment Management Inc., established in 2017. It holds an Investment Company Adviser license and is regulated by the Philippines Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). MBG Investment Management Inc. manages MBG Equity Investment Fund, Inc., a Philippines SEC regulated mutual fund, and MBG Asia Frontier Feeder UMF, Inc., a feeder fund that is currently undergoing secondary licensing with the Philippines SEC.
