The firm provides investment management and advisory services to select asset allocators, high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and offshore alternative investment funds. Established in the Philippines in 2011 as MBG Capital, Inc., the firm expanded its footprint and relocated its headquarters to Singapore in 2020.

MBG Capital manages Seahedge Asia Fund SP, formerly Seahedge Philippines Fund (Bloomberg: SEAPHFA:KY),  an equity fund designed to capture opportunities across Asia’s emerging markets. Complementing this broad mandate, it also manages Seahedge Asia Frontier Fund SP, a frontier-focused equity strategy with a primary emphasis on Vietnam, one of the region’s most dynamic and fastest-growing economies. Together, these funds provide investors with differentiated access to both established emerging markets and high-potential frontier markets in Asia.

MBG Capital’s Philippine affiliate, MBG Investment Management, Inc., was established in 2017 and is licensed as an Investment Company Adviser under the supervision of the Philippines Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Through this platform, the firm manages mutual funds in the Philippines that are duly registered and regulated by the SEC.
